The wine is produced from the pressing of grapes grown Merlot and Raboso Veronese in the immediate vicinity of the Euganean Hills area. After quick separation from the skins of the must is left to ferment for initial processing and then taken to complete the fermentation in the large closed recipient. Lively wine, especially popular in warm weather. It is recommended into the kitchen a little with all the dishes.

Due to its peculiar transformation, it is particularly refined and with fruity notes on the nose; it is lively and savoury on the palate. It pairs beautifully with entrées and with delicate dishes in general. It is especially good with fish dishes.

This wine is produced with Marzemino grapes and it is highly appreciated by those who do not disdain a glass of wine before or after their meals, enjoying it with friends or simply by themselves. The colour is ruby red with violet reflections; the aroma is crisp and the flavour is sweet. Alcohol level: 8% in.vol.
