Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon variety, this is a deep ruby red wine. It ages in French oak barrels and in barriques (20%) for about 9 months, followed by a 3-month aging in bottle at controlled temperature (15° C). The bouquet is fruity, reminding of soft fruit, like blackberry and cassis fruit, the flavour is round, full-bodied, with good and elegant structure. Ideal for pasta with rich sauces, roasted or grilled red meat, long-aged cheese.

This still wine is produced entirely from White Muscat grapes. The colour is straw yellow, with golden reflections, the aroma is intense and typical of this variety, the flavour is full-bodied, of excellent harmony and length. Alcohol level: 13% in.vol.

Made entirely form Chardonnay grapes, this wine shows a gold colour, with amber reflections. The aroma is intense, with notes of honey and vanilla, and the flavour is full-bodied, warm, of firm and well-balanced structure. It is excellent with stuffed pasta, fish risottos, shellfish and crustaceans, grilled fish and aged cheese.

This still wine is made from late harvested grapes, which are slightly overripe and dried up on the vine. The colour is a not very intense yellow, with fine gold reflections. The aroma is typical of this variety, with hints of exotic fruit. The flavour is sweet, refined and with good structure. The acidity balances the sweetness and it shows an excellent length. It is a good accompaniment to desserts in general and to chocolate. It is also perfect as an aperitif or for chill-out moments.
